Mental health disorders or symptoms can effect the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of individuals and families. Our therapeutic support services can improve the recovery efforts of individuals needing support.

OUR SERVICES

We offer a wide range of mental health patient services:

  • Pharmacological Management: Also known as medication management, is provided by licensed psychiatrists (MD/DO) or certified nurse practitioners (NP).  The prescribing of psychiatric medication is used to manage and stabilize presenting symptoms allowing clients to achieve and maintain a level of functioning. Our clinic also offers Genomind and GeneSight gene testing

  • Psychotherapy: Counseling/Psychotherapy services are provided by highly qualified and independently licensed clinicians.  Our therapists will help to identify an individual's goals and then tailor the services to meet those needs with an individualized treatment plan.

  • Case Management (CM): Is a Medicaid service that assists clients in accessing basic resources such as food, housing, medical care, and financial support that may present challenges to people with psychiatric disabilities. Case Managers help participants navigate the sometimes overwhelming process of locating, applying for, and coordinating resources.

  • Community Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS): CBRS is a Medicaid program for children with severe emotional disturbances and for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.  This skill building service helps individuals focus on their strengths and identify, cope with, and eliminate functional barriers created by their disability. This process helps to restore community function and the wellbeing of individuals who have a psychiatric disability.

  • Peer Support Services: Is a Medicaid program where a Peer Support Specialist serves as a support and assists individuals in regaining control over their own lives and over their recovery process. Certified Peer Support Specialist utilizes his/her training, lived experience and experiential knowledge to mentor, guide and coach the member as he/she works to achieve self-identified recovery and resiliency goals.

  • Family Support Services: Family Support Services is a Medicaid service that provides assistance to caregivers who are caring for a child diagnosed with a mental health disorder, or a coexisting mental health, developmental and/or substance use disorder. Family Support provides assistance/support to parents by strengthening their role as parents through the provision of teaching and support services, and reducing the likelihood that the family and member will become isolated, disempowered, or disengaged. Examples of these services include:

    • Teaching the family members how to develop self-advocacy

    • Role modeling behaviors and skills needed for resiliency and coping

    • Helping the family utilize their strengths
